Returnable bottles need circulation management and a process able to handle real returned condition. One-way bottles avoid return washing but need reliable new-bottle supply and may require different de-bagging, air rinsing or bottle-forming interfaces.

Balance every module around saleable output
The nominal filler rate cannot compensate for slow decapping, washing, cap feed, inspection or bagging. Request a line balance showing the reference rate and accumulation strategy for each included module.

Define delivery and acceptance boundaries
