Build the process from bottle receiving

Map empty-bottle receiving, initial inspection, decapping, external brushing, internal pre-washing, washing, sanitizing where specified, final rinsing, filling, cap feeding, capping, finished-bottle inspection and final handling.

Match the line to the bottle path

Returnable bottles need circulation management and a process able to handle real returned condition. One-way bottles avoid return washing but need reliable new-bottle supply and may require different de-bagging, air rinsing or bottle-forming interfaces.

Balance every module around saleable output

The nominal filler rate cannot compensate for slow decapping, washing, cap feed, inspection or bagging. Request a line balance showing the reference rate and accumulation strategy for each included module.

Define delivery and acceptance boundaries

The commercial proposal should state equipment, piping and wiring limits, installation work, documentation, spare parts, test samples, FAT, packing and shipment responsibility. Final site performance also depends on prepared utilities and operating procedures.

Short answers, visible boundaries

Project-specific output, hygiene, utilities and service terms belong in the confirmed technical proposal.

Does a complete line always include water treatment?

No. It may be included, but water treatment requires raw-water and finished-water data and should be specified as a separate connected system.

Is palletizing necessary?

Not always. The right end-of-line choice depends on output, delivery racks, warehouse method, labor, truck loading and bottle return practices.

Can modules be added later?

Often yes if layout, controls, conveyors and utilities reserve the interfaces. Phase planning should be discussed before the first line is built.
