Dry run and water test
Observe dry cycling, water operation, bottle transfer, washing sequence, filling, cap feeding and capping. Record utility conditions and identify differences from the final site.

Alarms, safety and capacity
Test selected alarms, no-bottle logic, blocked discharge, emergency stops and guard response. Capacity confirmation must use the agreed bottle, test window and acceptance rule.

Documents, spares and packing
Close the FAT with documents, software or parameter backups where included, spare parts, punch-list ownership and packing inspection. Final FAT projects must be based on the contract and technical appendix confirmed by both parties.
