Cap feeding and sorting

The hopper, elevator or sorter should present caps in the correct orientation without damage. Capacity must match the line and include a practical operator refill method.

No. Cap treatment is configuration-specific and must be described in the quotation.

Can caps from two suppliers run on one machine?

Only after both are compared and tested. Small geometry or material differences can affect sorting and capping.

Is a missing-cap detector standard?

Do not assume it is standard. Request it explicitly and define the response.
