Treat the machine as the center of a large-bottle process, not as an isolated filler. Define what condition the bottle is in when it arrives, which cleaning result is required, how caps are prepared and what happens to the full bottle after discharge.

Working logic and equipment modules
A configured machine transfers the bottle through washing or rinsing, drainage, filling and capping. A returnable-bottle line may add inspection, automatic decapping, external brushing, multiple internal wash stages, cap treatment and rejection. A one-way-bottle line can use a simpler preparation route.

Configuration choices and trade-offs
More automation can reduce repetitive lifting and manual transfer, but it also adds floor space, controls, maintenance points and capital cost. Deeper washing is justified by bottle condition and the hygiene program, not by a universal number of stations.
