Cap treatment is configuration-specific
Some projects request cap rinsing, spraying or another treatment step. Do not assume UV, ozone or chemical treatment is included; define the selected method, boundaries and validation responsibility.

Placement and capping
The cap chute, placement point and press or capper must match the bottle neck, cap stiffness and tamper feature. FAT should use production-representative caps and bottles.

Detection and rejection options
